within the Condominium No. 2 may
be used for ingress, egress and ac
cess to adjoining lands by grantor
and successors in title. The said re
corded plat is incorporated herein by
reference for all purposes. Said tract
of land herein is that same tract of
land conveyed by Warranty Deed
from Shepherd R. Marsh and G.
Robert Heath to Elbert L. McClung
and Dorothy T. McClung, dated Oc
tober 6, 1986, and filed of record on
October 8, 1986, in Deed Book 738,
Page 325, Clerk's Office, Houston
Superior Court.
The debt secured by said
Security Deed has been and is
hereby declared due because of,
among other possible events of de
fault, failure to pay the indebtedness
as and when due and in the manner
