Courthouse of Houston County,
Georgia, on the first Tuesday in
August to the highest and best bid
der for cash, the following described
property:
All that tract or parcel of
land lying and being in Land Lot 110
of the Fifth Land District of Houston
County, Georgia, being known and
designated as Lot 6, Block I, Section
No. 3, Phase No. 4, Somerset Sub
division, according to a plat of sur
vey by Story Surveying, Inc., dated
June 9, 1986, recorded in Map Book
30, Page 156, Clerk's Office, Hous
ton Superior Court. Said plat and the
recorded copy thereof are hereby
made a part of this description by
reference thereto.
Together with that certain
1988, Vega, Manufacturing Housing
Unit, with serial number of
KH4BD3FKO233GAA AND
KH4BD3FKO233GAB, which was
formerly personal property but is
now permanently annexed and af
fixed to the above described land as
a permanent improvement.
A default in the payments
due on said Note and Deed to Se
cure Debt has occurred and Grantee
has declared the entire debt secured
by said Deed to Secure Debt due
and payable. Notice has been given
of intention to enforce provisions for
collection of attorney's fees and
foreclosure in accordance with legal
requirements and the terms of the
Deed to Secure Debt and Note. The
indebtedness remaining in default,
the sale will be made for the pur
pose of applying proceeds thereof to
the payment of the indebtedness se
cured by the Deed to Secure Debt,
accrued interest and expenses of
the sale or other sums secured by
the Deed to Secure Debt including
attorney's fees, and the remainder, if
any, shall be applied as provided by
law.
To the best of the under
signed's knowledge and belief the
property is in the possession of An
gela Steinkamp and Paul Steinkamp
and said property will be sold as the
property of Angela Steinkamp and
Paul Steinkamp, subject to out
standing ad valorem taxes, street
improvements and easements or re
strictions of record, if any.

cute a deed to the purchaser at said
sale as provided in the Deed to Se
cure Debt.
