The Georgia Environment
tal Protection Division announces its'
intent to issue a Title V Air Quality
Operating Permit to Tolleson Lum
ber Company, Inc. The facility is lo
cated at 903 Jernigan Street, Perry, ~
Georgia. The primary purpose of
this permit is to identify and consoli
date existing State and Federal airj;
requirements applicable to Tolleson '
Lumber Company, Inc. and to pro
vide practical methods for determin-'
ing compliance with these require
ments. The Georgia Environmental
Protection Division (EPD) is prepar
ing Title V Operating Permits in ac
cordance with Title V of the Clean
Air Act. This permit will be enforce
able by the Georgia EPD, the U.S. ,
Environmental Protection Agency,;
and other persons as otherwise <
authorized by law.
The facility is a lumber,
mill.
The draft permit and all in-~
formation used to develop the draft,

the draft permit. If a public hearing
on the draft Ttle V Operating Permit'

present data, make a statement or
comment, or offer a viewpoint or ar
gument either orally or in writing
concerning the draft Ttle V permit.
During the Division's decision-mak
ing procedures to issue the Ttle V
permit, any information received
during a public hearing will be con
sidered together with information re
ceived during the comment period.
Following this 30 day pub
lic comment period, the draft permit
will undergo a 45 day review by U.S.

has expired, the EPD will consider
all comments, make any necessary
changes, and issue the Title V Oper
ating Permit. Copies of the final Title
V Operating Permit, comments re
ceived, EPD's responses to com
ments, and any other relevant infor
mation will then be made available
for public review during normal busi
ness hours at the office of the Air
Protection Branch. A summary of
comments and any changes made
to the final permit will be found in an
addendum to the narrative. A copy
of this narrative and the final Title V
permit will be added to the informa
tion already available at the internet
address given above.
