■ LIONS CLUB
TURKEY SHOOT - The
Centerville Lions Club will
host it’s 10th Annual Turkey
Shoot today from 9 a.m.-3
p.m. on Carl Vinson Parkway
(just north of the cemetery).
All proceeds raised from the
shoot go to sight conserva
tion in Houston County. Last
year, they gave away 51 tur
keys.
■ SINGING
CHRISTMAS TREE - The
eighth annual presentation of
“The Warner Robins Singing
Christmas Tree" will be held
at the Warner Robins Civic
Center Dec. 7 and 8 at 7 p.m.
and Dec. 9 at 3 p.m. With a
choir, orchestra and cast of
more than 300, this Christmas
extravaganza, according to a
release, is a "delightful way
to begin your Christmas sea
son." The doors open one
hour prior to the program and
admission is free. The Warner
Robins Singing Christmas
Tree is a gift from Central
Baptist Church to Middle
Georgia. The Warner Robins
Jazz Ensemble, under the
direction of Todd P. Howell,
will play several Christmas
tunes at the main entrance
that Saturday night from 6-
6:45 p.m.

CAMP - The Warner Robins
Recreation Department will
be registering boys and girls
ages 7-12 for Holly Days
Christmas Camp beginning
Nov. 26. This day camp will be
