recorded in Deed Book 2321, Pages
370, Houston County, Georgia Re
cords; said Deed to Secure Debt
having been given to secure a Note
dated November 16, 2002, in the
original principal amount of
$30,259.00, there will be sold by the
undersigned at public outcry, during
the legal hours of sale before the
door of the Courthouse of Houston
County, Georgia, on Wednesday,
January 2, 2008 to the highest and
best bidder for cash, the following
described property:
All that tract or parcel of
land lying and being in Land lot 59
of the sth Land District of Houston
County, Georgia, being known and
designated as Lot 10, Block "C",
Section No. 2, Phase No. 1, Brad
ford Subdivision, according to a plat
of survey being of record in Plat
Book 46, Page 43, Clerk's Office,
Houston Superior Court. Said plat
and the record thereof are incorpo
rated herein by reference.
A default in the payments
due on said Note and Deed to Se
cure Debt has occurred and Grantee
has declared the entire debt secured
by said Deed to Secure Debt due
and payable. Notice has been given
of intention to enforce provisions for
collection of attorney's fees and
foreclosure in accordance with legal
requirements and the terms of the
Deed to Secure Debt and Note. The
indebtedness remaining in default,
the sale will be made for the pur
pose of applying proceeds thereof to
the payment of the indebtedness se
cured by the Deed to Secure Debt,
accrued interest and expenses of
the sale or other sums secured by
the Deed to Secure Debt including
attorney's fees, and the remainder, if
any, shall be applied as provided by
law.
To the best of the under
signed's knowledge and belief the
property is in the possession of An
gela M. McAlister and said property
will be sold as the property of An
gela M. McAlister subject to out
standing ad valorem taxes, street
improvements and easements or re
strictions of record, if any.

cute a deed to the purchaser at said
