Georgia Trend magazine, The
Magazine of Georgia Business &
Politics Since 1985, released its list
regarding a recent survey •
of citizen attitudes toward
litter.
Those who responded
(533 out of 5,198 mailed
surveys) were generally
opposed to litter but did
not appear to want legal
action to be taken against
litterers.

Teen dies ki car wreck

According to a release, offi
cers of the Warner Robins
Police Department respond
ed to 709 Arrowhead Trail
on Thursday in reference
to a vehicle colliding with a
residence. The investigation
revealed that Donald Paul
Brock, 19, of Warner Robins
was operating a 2007 black
Infiniti G 35 and traveling
westbound on Arrowhead
Trail nearing its intersection
with Self St.
According to the release,
evidence revealed that Brock
lost control of his vehicle as
he navigated the curve and
his car went off the roadway
into the driveway area of 705
Arrowhead Trail.
It then impacted a chain
link fence and continued trav
eling west through the front
yard of 707 Arrowhead trail.
As the vehicle entered the
yard of 709 Arrowhead trail,
it collided with the north
east corner of the residence

received multiple traumatic
injuries and was transport
ed to the Houston County
Medical Center.
Brian Kevin Tibbs, 19, of
Warner Robins was a front
seat passenger in the vehicle.
He sustained serious injures
and had to be extricated form
the vehicle before he was
transported to the Medical
Center of Central Georgia.
The residents at 709
Arrowhead Trail were sleep
ing at the time of this colli
sion; no one was injured in
the house. Brock’s injuries,
however, were fatal. Tibbs
was listed in stable condition
and as of Friday was recover
ing.
