given EVELYN C. BERRY by Certi
fied Mail addressed to her at the
property and placed with the United
Stettes Post Office for delivery more
than thirty days before the sale date.
This sale will be made for the pur
poses of paying the same and all

torney's fees, notice of intention to
collect attorney’s fees having been
