WALKING CLUB
Tired of walking alone? Join Robert Fowler, walking club
coordinator, for five minutes of instruction to help you get
more out of your walk and then enjoy the company of other
walkers as you complete up to three 1-mile loops (all three
together is equivalent to a 5K) on the NGMC Braselton
campus. Walkers may choose how many laps to make,
and may build up stamina as classes progress. This is a
great way to build up endurance and train for one of the
area's many 5K walks!
