Woman Recovers Her False
Teeth From Sweetheart
ST PAUL, Minn., April 19—(P)—
False teethg are “an essential part
of the human body, belong to the the
individual and would be of no use to
any other individual.”
So ruled Justice J. F. Doyle in
deciding that Mrs. Rosa Zweriscki
should recover her teeth from her
former sweetheart, Bartholfeau
Xonocdas. He said he was ° holding
the teeth because Mrs. Zweriscki
had refused”to’ return a ‘diamond en
gagement ring. The teeth fell out of
the woman’s mouth when the couplei
quarreled over the return of the ring
after their engagement was brokem!
In deciding that the ring belonged
to the mafl, the court ruled that a
diamond is given with the expect--,
ancy of marriage and unless the
marriage is consummated the l‘ecip-l
ient of the ring must give it back.
