CEREMONY.
The marriage of Miss Annie Ruth
Shaw to Mr. Robert Doughtry Har
ris, was solemnized Thursday even--
ing at 8:30 o’clock at the North
Avenue Presbyterian church. The

was performed by . Rey. D. P.
McGeachy, a cousin of the bride,

Willard Therrell, Miss Pauline
Swann, Miss Frances Harwell, and
Miss Virginia Stone Williams. Their
gowns Were of taffeta, made with
bouffant effect, and they carried

lovely creation of orchid taffeta and
she carried a shower ' bouquet of

buffet supper, the guests including
the wedding party and relatives. As
