Coleman, late of Bibh County, Geor
gitt, deceased, and will be sold for
the purpose of payment of the debts
of the estate of said deceaseq and for
the purposge of distribution among the
deceased’s heirs, as provided in said
order.
Against said land there are two en
cumbrances, to-wit:
(1) Security deed in favor of Pear.
son-Taft Land Credit Company secur
jug payment of $1200.00 principal to
gether with «six per cent. per annum
interest thereon, and J
(2) Security deed in favor of same
company, on Which there is a bal
ance due of $48.00. Sald security

terest thereon at 8% per annum from
