: BROTHERHOOD
O brother man! fold to thy breast
thy brother;
Where pity dweils, the peace of God
15’ there;
To worship rightly is to love each
other,
Each smile a hymn, cach Lindly deed
a prayer.
Follow with revercent :teps the great‘
cxample
Oh Him whose holy worl was “doing
good!”
So shall the wide carth seem our
Father’s tewunle,
Each lovng life 4 spasm of grati
tude.
Then shall all hackles fall, the
stormy clangor
Of wild war music o’er the heart
shall cease;
Love shall tread cut the baleful fire
of anger w
And in its ashes planc the tree of
peace!
