Grover M. Sigman, well known farm
mer living in the Mt. Zion section of
Hancock county is the champion
market and had hetween four and
state. Mr. Sigman has already sold
600 pounds of turkeys in this ecity’s
Aurkeys, 30 cents; roosters, .09 cents
| five hundred pounds more already
sold for Christmas. During the year
Mr. Sigman raised about 100 large
turkeys besides his flock of 'stock
birds. He ‘will keep enough turkeys
after his holiday sales, to make his
Ifloc:k double that of this year and
[\Hopes to raise 500 turkeys in 1927.
-An average price of 35 cents per
' pound was received for the turkeys. l
