The Mayor and City Council of
Peachtree City will hold a public
hearing on Thursday, January 4,
2024, at 6:30 P.M. It will be held in
the City Hall Council Chambers at
151 Willowbend Road in Peachtree
City. All interested parties are in
vited to attend and be heard.
The purpose of the hearing is to
allow for public discussion of re
quested variances for the proper
ty located at 507 Pine Circle. The
subject tract is zoned R-22, one
family residential.
The Applicant is requesting vari
ances from Section 1001.4 of the
Zoning ordinance. The Applicant is
requesting an 5-foot encroachment
into the 50-foot front setback and a
21-foot encroachment into the 30-
foot rear setback in order to con
struct a golf-cart garage.
