When the members of the Ath
letie Association were requested to
remain in ebapel for a few moments
after prayers last Wednesday morn
ing it was with much surprise that
we noticed the large throng leaving.
This only goes to show that there is
a large number of the 'Varsity hoys
who are not members of this im
portant organization, and we are
pained to note this fact. Kvery man
in college should be a member of
this association, as a matter of
course. Can we expect to see ath
leliea flourish here ami our foot-ball
team maintain its standing, if we
do not promote same by doing what
we can for their interests We are
not all blessed by being built in a
way to take part in gridiron sports,
but we can one ami all do our part
by having our names put on lie
