the track. Prof. Barrow is a
hearty supporter of athletics at
Georgia and is alw ays behind the
boy. Accordingly the boy ap
preciated it and love him.
The thirty-ninth annual ban
quet of the Chi Phi fraternity
was held last Saturday night.
Those present besides the active
men of the chapter were:

Connally, McCleskey and Arthur
Clark of Atlanta. Mr. Bardge of
Cedartown, and Mr Frank Hull
of Augusta.

took second place in an S.I.A.A.
meet of ten or fifteen colleges.
Captain Kamil was the star of
the meet, making 121 points by

was in tine form and threw the
hammer 1(1(1feet. In the absence
of Smith, Johnson proved the
man of the hour hy capturing the
high jump. Davenport did the
best work for Tech and Johnson
for Emorv.
