Opened its Season Wednesday Ni^ht
With a Splendid Performance
The Colonial theatre opened
the theatrical season Wednesday
night with a good crowd and an
excellent play.
The new house showed off to a
tine advantage, and all who were
present sounded the praise of
those who have given Athens
this beautiful playhouse.
Manager Gortatowaky was the
recipient of many congratula
tions and he deserved them, for
he has worked hard to make the
opening a success.
