Three
Sophomores Entertain Tonight
With Annual Formal Dance
Dale’s Bulldogs to Play; Will
Be Held in Physical Educa
tion Building, 10-2
Surrounded by an air of St. Pat
rick's day, the sophomore women and
their dates will dance to the strains
of Jack Dale and his Georgia Bull
dogs tonight at the annual Sopho
more formal in the Physical Educa
tion building from 10 to 2.
Heading the lead-out at 11 o’clock
will be Mary Lucy Herndon, Toccoa,
class president, and Lee Rogers, El-
berton. The lead-out will take the
place of the first no-break.
St. Patrick Colors
Decorations will be around the
general theme of a St. Patrick’s day
celebration, with the colors green
and white dominant. Hanging from
the ceiling lights are streamers of
green and white crepe paper. A
large shamrock shaped design with
silver pipes criss-crossing beneath
it will form the background for the
orchestra. In the foreground sev
eral silver columns complete the or
chestra stand decorations.
Four No-Breaks
There will be four no-breaks dur
ing the dance, the first being the
sophomore lead-out. The first will
be at 11 o’clock, the second at 11:30,
the third at 1:16, and the fourth at
1:45. Intermission will come at
12:15 to 12:45.

president, with Paul Hunter, St. Pe
tersburg, Fla.; Catherine Atkinson,

lem.
