Quarter's Plans
With complete renovations and
added facilities Student Union is off
to the biggest and best year of its
life
Ail game equipment has been re
done. the lounge and reading room
painted, floors sanded, and furniture
re-uphoistered. All of the redecorat-
in„ was done from Student Union
appropriations and money earned by
Student Union events.
The Coffee and Jel Hour is one
of the new events on the S.U. sched
ule. This coffee hour will he held on
the off periods each Tuesday, Wed
nesday, aad Thursday mornings. The
game room, ballroom, and grill will
he open for billiards, ping pong,
shuffleboard, dancing ami eats.

Tomorrow afternoon the Union
has planned a Listening Party at
J! o’clock for the North Carolina
game. These parties are scheduled
for all Saturday afternoons out-of-
town football games. The grill will be
open and there will he informal
dancing.
GOP Meeting Slated

men’s organization, will hold it first

day at the Chapel. Campus Leader

cially invited. Plans will he discussed |

Dormixer Dance
Slated Saturday
Fall quarter's first Dormixer
dance will begin at 8 p.m. Sat
urday at Physical Education

up of the social chairman of

Triguetra Initiates
28 New Members
Twenty-eight women were Initi
ated into Triquetra, independent
women's organization, last Monday
night at 7 p.m. In Dawson Hall.
The initiation ceremony was pre
ceded by a party at Memorial Hall
Sunday evening.
