‘CAMPUS; GEORGIA’
Pretty Coeds Needed
For Television Show
A demand tor photogenic coeds to appear on television station
breaks was announced this week by Worth McDougald, journalism
professor.
McDougald said coeds are needed
to help the l.’niversity and to repre
sent the Old South on station Identi
fication slides. He also said they
would assist in reporting weather
stories. Slides are being made by the
television workshop class for each
television station in Georgia. Differ
ent sets of slides will be made for
each station.
Coeds must be photogenic and have
poise and a pleasant personality. A
coed doesn’t necessarily need talent,
McDougald stated. He asked all who
are interested to contact him in the
C-J liuilding. Early in December, the
coeds will go to Atlanta for a pre
view before television cameras.
Any group may sponsor a coed if
it desires.
Talent questionnaires for the pro
gram "Campus: Georgia” have been
sent to various organizations and
should be returned by Nov. 13, Mc
Dougald said.
Programs should begin about Jah.
14, according to McDougald.
