Lynda Bradbury Charms Friends
With Personality, Talent, Beauty
Lynda Bradbury, Miss Athens of 19fi0, combines brains, talent, and
leadership to make a charming personality which is only fitting for
her striking beauty.
The 18-year-old freshman from
Atlanta is majoring In drama and
maintains a "B” average. She is a
member of Kappa Kappa Gamma so
rority and presently serves as assist
ant rush chairman. In addition, she
holds the office of corresponding sec
retary in the Bulldog Club.
Miss Ilradbury has been a member
of the Atlanta Civic Ballet for five
years and takes voice lessons here
at the University. Her talent entry
In the Miss Athens contest was a
ballet and song routine.
She said that she enjoys her so
rority more than any other part of
her college life. However, her hob
bies are riding horses, swimming,
water skiing, and cheerleading. Her
favorite foods are lemon ice-box pie
and steak; her favorite songs are
"The Theme from a Summer Place,”
and “Marla” from "Westslde Story.”
Her Idea of the perfect date is
that he be tall, dark, handsome, am
bitious, considerate, and understand
ing. He also should have a sense of
humor, but know when to be serious.
After graduation, Miss Bradbury
plans to work for a few years, pref
erably as a model. She has modeled
for Rich’s during the summer and
was a member of their teen hoard.
