Police arrested University
student Frances Karen
Eaton at 11:30 p.m. for
underage possession of alco
hol and having an open con
tainer
According to the report,
an officer saw Eaton exit a
vehicle in the Snow Tire
parking lot while drinking
from a can.
The officer approached
her on bicycle, and Eaton set
down the Diet Coke can and
walked off.
The officer picked it up
and the can smelled heavily
of alcohol, the report said.
When the officer caught
up with Eaton and asked for
her ID, she told him she is 18
and the can had vodka
inside.
The officer also found a
Georgia ID with birth year
1980 inside of Eaton’s purse.

University student Zachary
B. Duke at 4:30 p.m. and
charged him with driving-
under the influence of alco
hol.
>- Three roommates and a
visitor at 525 Waddell St. Apt.
7 reported a residential bur
glary to ACC police.
Carlos Javier Rodriguez,
Nicolas Charles Kraus and
Henry Jackson Petree, all
University students, said
between 11 p.m. Saturday
and 1 a.m. Sunday, someone
entered their apartment and
took a blue iPod mini, a black
iPod video, a black Xbox, a
gray DVD/VCR player and 25
assorted DVDs. Scott
Emerson Hirous, a University
student visiting the apart
ment, reported that his
mountain bike was stolen.
The total value of stolen
items is $1,480.
Sept. 3

Taylor Vaughn and visitor
Jared Levi Brown of
Kennesaw reported to ACC
police that they were robbed
at College Avenue and
Monroe Street at about
1 a.m, according to a press
release.
Vaughn and Brown told
police they were walking on
College Avenue near Hoyt
Street and were approached
by men who asked, “You
got my money from school?”
Vaughn and Brown said
they replied no and contin
ued walking.
Vaughn and Brown told
police that when they
approached Monroe Street
the men ran toward them
and one placed Brown in a
headlock. The other suspect
punched Vaughn and took
his wallet valued at $28, the
report said.
The suspects fled the
scene after a small burgundy
vehicle pulled up and asked
what was going on.

Thomas Oliver Pryor with a
noise violation at about 12:01
a.m.
After a Courtyard Marriot
guest complained to the desk
manager, police came to the
Sigma Alpha Epsilon house
at 247 Pulaski St. Pryor, pres
ident of the fraternity, imme
diately ended the party, the
report said.

Taylor Nold and Fareed
Kaisani reported to ACC
Police that between 2 a.m.
and 11 a.m., there home at
525 Waddell St. Apt. 9 was
burglarized.
According to the police
report, the men left their
back door unlocked.
Someone entered and took a
gray Xbox 360, five games, a
black iPod, a white iPod and
50 DVDs. The value of the
stolen items was estimated at
$1,719.
Police processed the scene
and found no finger prints.
► Lindsay Franklin and
Paige Russell reported to
ACC police, that between 2:30
a.m. and 9:30 a.m., their
home at 435 Morton Ave. was
criminally trespassed.
According to the Police
report, someone dumped
bags of trash onto their vehi
cles, threw tissue in the trees
and squirted ketchup on their
vehicles and the ground.
Police found a prescription
for Lauren Kemper Orr in the
trash. Franklin said they “had
words” with members of
Alpha Delta Pi on the way
home in a taxi.
Police contacted members
of the sorority who confessed
to the act. Orr said she was
not involved, but that her
roommates did the prank.
They agreed to clean up
the mess and replace a dam
aged windshield wiper.
Franklin told police she
wouldn’t press charges.
