He was sought in connection with the discovery of child pornography on a computer he owned. Officials found three child ONLINE Police Documents Burglary in player’s room ends in arrest By JACOB DEMMITT The Red & Black University Police issued arrest warrants Tuesday for three men suspected of involvement in an Oct. 4 burglary at an apartment belong ing to four football players. Troy Keyshawn Clayton now faces seven felony charges, includ ing one burglary and six counts of financial transaction card fraud. According to the University Police report, a football player told police he left his McWhorter Hall dorm room on Oct. 4 at 11 a.m. The front door was locked, but the victim told police the door to his bedroom was unlocked. When the residents returned around 2 p.m., they discovered the bedroom had been entered and items were missing, the report states. An investigation eventually led to Clayton being arrested and charged with burglary. He was booked in the Clarke County Jail Wednesday night. He has also been charged with six counts of financial transaction card fraud after he allegedly attempted to use the victim’s debit card at several websites and an ATM, according to the warrants. The University Police daily log reports two other individuals have also been charged in connection to this burglary. Kenneth Wilcoxson, Jr. and Brandon Everett King both face one count of misdemeanor theft by receiving, according to the log. This is King’s second arrest this week. He was also arrested by Athens- Clarke County Police on Oct. 11 on charges of driving without a license.
