Officers approached Jordan Dickinson Henry, 23, at about 11:30 p.m. after getting a call that a car was parked near the middle of the intersection of Pulaski Street and Hancock Avenue. The report states Henry was leaving his vehicle when officers arrived, and told them he had been at work and had one drink. After failing the breath test and various balance tests, Henry was trans ported to Clarke County jail, according to the report.
