• Mr. Morris Green, of Philadelphia,

daughter, Rhoda, to Mr. Clarence Henry
Cohen, of Augusta, Ga.
• Mr. and Mrs. Morris Gershon an
nounce the marriage of their daughter,
Evelyn, to Mr. Minus Goodrich, of
Sandersville, Ga. Mr. Goodrich is the
son of Mrs. Rebecca Goodrich, of Sa
vannah, Ga. The couple will make their
home in Sandersville.
• Mr. and Mrs. Harry Roth, of Char
lotte, N. C., announce the marriage of
their daughter, Elsie, to Mr. Charles
Ruben, of Augusta, Ga., in New York
City.
• Mr. and Mrs. B. Kramer announce the
marriage of their daughter, Rose, to Mr.
Sidney Clein, son of Mr. and Mrs. P. S.
Clein. The ceremony was performed by
Rabbi Tobias Geffen and Rabbi Harry
Epstein at the home of the bride's parents.
• Dr. I. B. Diamond, of Chicago, III., an
nounces the marriage of his daughter,
Elsie, to Mr. Jack Lichtenstein, of At
lanta. Mr. and Mrs. Lichtenstein are
now residing at 678 Somerset Terrace.
• Mr. and Mrs. A. Pomerance, of Au
gusta, Ga., announce the marriage of
their daughter, Naomi, to Mr. Max Es-
troff, of Louisville, Ga. The wedding
was quietly solemnized in Atlanta, after
which the couple left for a wedding trip
to Chicago and other points West. After
October 1, Mr. and Mrs. Estroff will re
side at the home of the groom’s parents
in Louisville, Ga.
• Mr. and Mrs. F. Fram, of Union, S. C.,
announce the marriage of their daughter,
Sara, to Mr. Samuel Hyman, of High
Point, N. C. The wedding was solemn
ized September 19, at the home of the
bride’s parents, after which the couple
left on a motor trip through North Caro
lina. Upon their return, they will reside
in High Point.
• Mr. and Mrs. Joe Reisman, of Miami,
Fla., formerly of Atlanta, announce the
marriage of their daughter, Theresa, to
Mr. Jack Miller, of Miami, the wedding
having been solemnized in New York
City.
• Mr. and Mrs. H. Stone announce the
marriage of their daughter, Lee, to Mr.
Sidney Silverman.
• Leo Eizenstat, Alfred Rosenthal, Israel
Yudelson, Sam Saul and “Coach” Kaplan
spent several days at Tybee Beach.
• Mr. and Mrs. Alex Sherman, Mr. and
Mrs. Manny Seigel, Mr. and Mrs. Sam
Balter, Dr. and Mrs. George Chaite mo
tored to Tybee Beach for several days.
• Messrs. Joe and Sol Glazer have just
returned from a trip to the Chicago
Wor'd Fair.
• Mr. Bernie Shapiro is visiting Phila
delphia, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Dallas and
New Orleans on a business tour.
• Messrs. Sam Zion, Label Smith and
Milton Blank recently returned from
Tybee Beach.
• Miss Bessie Geffen has returned from
Chicago where she visited the World’s
Fair.

Labor Day in Chattanooga as the guest*
of their sister, Mrs. Lester Schwartzman.
• Mis* Rosalyn Crimm and Mr. Reuben
Crimra have returned from a two-weeks’
visit to Chicago, where they attended the
World’s Fair.
• Mr. Ernest Morrison spent a lew days
in Savannah as the guest of his mother,
Mrs. I,ena Morrison.
• Mr, Charles Adler is recuperating
from injuries received in a recent acci
dent.
• Mr. and Mrs. Herman Berg and
daughter, Joy, have returned from Sea
Island Beach, where they spent two
week*.
• Miss Joan Wolfe is now at home for
the winter after a visit in Philadelphia,
which followed a delightful summer at
Tripp Lake Camp, Poland, Maine.
• Miss Polly Gershon has returned from
Chicago, where she attended the Junior
Hadassah Convention and visited the
World’s Fair.
• Miss Isabell Boaz has returned from
a visit to Chicago and St. Louis, Mo.,
where she visited friends and relatives.
• Mr. and Mrs. I’hillip Shulhafer and
daughter, Helen, have returned from Sa
vannah, where they visited relatives.
• Mrs. A. B. Tenenbaum has returned
from Chicago, where she attended the
Century of Progress Exposition.
• Mrs. Herbert Metzger has been spend
ing several weeks in Rome, Ga., as the
guest of her sister, Mrs. Max Kutner.
Mrs. Metzger is convalescing from in
juries received in a recent automobile
accident.
• Mrs. Waldo Oettinger has returned
from a delightful visit to Lakemont, Ga.,
where she was the guest of friends.
• Misses Frieda and Julia Boaz spent
some time in Chicago, where they visited
the Century of Progress Exposition.
• Mr. and Mrs. Ben Massell, accom
panied by Mrs. J. N. Wolf son, Miss
Carolyn May Massell and Mr. B. J.
Massell, Jr., were recent guests at the
Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York.
• Mrs. Nathan Sinkoe and daughters.
Misses Sara and Frances, have returned
from an extended summer vacation, hav
ing visited Miami Beach, Fla., and re
turning home by way of Chicago and the
Century of Progress Exposition.
• Misses Ida and Lena Gerschow have
returned from a delightful boat trip to
New York City.
• The many friends of Mrs. Joseph
Lazear will be pleased to learn that she
is convalescing from a recent illness.
• Mr. Louis Geffen has returned to At
lanta after several weeks spent in Long
Beach, N. Y.
