to Its stockholders. The general nature
of the businesses to he transacted, and
the corporate powers desired area:
The operation of laundry, launder
ette and dry cleaning establishments,
and allied, nuxllinry and subslduary
activities thereof: also, on its own be
half. and on behalf of others to nc-
nulrr. purchase, own, hold, operate,
develop, lease, mortgage, pledge, ex
change, sell, transfer br otherwise In
vest. trade or deal, in any manner
permitted bv law, in real and personal
property, of every kind and character:
to finance various business enter
prises. Including the lending and bor
rowing of money: to purchase nnd
sell mortgages, securities, deeds, loans
and chose* In action, and the purchase
and sale of all types nnd kinds of
stocks, bonds, debentures and other
securities.

The minimum amount of capital
stock with which said corporation
shall begin business shall be One
Thousand (1.000.00) Dollars, paid In
cash or its equivalent.

The minimum number of common
shares of stock shall be One Thousand
(1.000) shares, each share having a par
value of One ($1 00) Dollar, and there
shall be a maximum of One Hundred
Hundred Thousand (100.000) shares of
said stock.
7.
The shares of stock of said corpora
tion mav be issued for any considera
tion. whether money, property or ser
vices. and may be n.sued in exchange
for leases. Including the transfer and
assignment thereof, sales contracts,
plants and equipment, and any other
real or personal property or chosas In
action useful or necessary in the
prosecution of the business of said
corporation.

be granted permission to issue frac
tional shares of stock.

Applicants desire that the said cor
poration shall have nnd enjoy all the
privileges, rights and powers enume
rated in Chapter 22-18 of the Corpora
tion Act of 1938 of the Code of Geor
gia. nnd ns the same may be hereafter
amended, and all of the powers nnd
privileges enumerated therein are
made a part hereof to the same extent
as if the same were enumerated herein.
WHEREFORE, applicants pray that
they be incorporated under the name
and style aforesaid, with all the rights
and privileges herein set out. and such
others as are now or may hereafter be
authorized by law. nnd apppllcants

41. The object of the corporation Is
pecuniary gain, and the general nature
of the bittiness is the fabrication, mak
ing and selling, and installation of
aluminum and other metal awnings,
and related products, whether as con
tractor. sub contractor or otherwise.
(5). The capitol stock of the corpor
ation shall be fifteen shares of the
par value of $100.00 each, with the
right to Increase its capitol stock to
535,000,00, by majority vote of Its
Hoard of Directors at any meeting or
meetings called for that purpose, and
In like manner to decrease Its capitol
stock to not less than $1.000 00.
(8). Petitioners desire that said cor
poration shall have all of the powers
allotted to corporations of like charac
ter as by law provided, and to receive
nnd give assignments of patient and
franchise nights and privileges, to bor
row money, and give evidence of In-
debtness and secure same where same
appears for the best Interest and pro
motion of the aims of the corporation,
to buy nnd sell realty and personalty
of whatever description, and lease-

feeds, feed stuff and to buy and sell
material necessary therefor at whole
sale or retail including the right to
exercise any privileges that any cor
poration created under the Laws of the
State of Georgia by one of its Super
ior Courts can have and exercise.

mittee or Individual.

and profits and to undertake or assume
the whole or any part of the obliga
tions or liabilities of any person, firm

Zonal Basketball Tournament
will in all probability take place
on Sunday, Feb. 12, at the Jewish
Educational Alliance. Plans are
