lander and Moshe Teif . . The
magazine, a bi-monthly, is en
titled "Sovietish Heimland.”

LONDON, (JTA) — The A*S-

reported that the Jewish com
munities at Dresden, Hall, Leip
zig and Erfurt—all in Communist
East Germany — are continuing
their religious practices
However, the report stated,
they have requested phylacteries,
Hebrew prayer books, and Bibles.
Some Jews from the interior of
East Germany are reported to
have moved recently to East Ber
lin. There are about 1,800 Jews
in East Berlin and East Germany.

University School of Medicine.
