RINGS ON THEIR FINGERS
Gordon—Everett
WEST COVINA, CALIF.—The
Temple Beth Hillel Synogague in
North Hollywood was the scene
Sunday, Aug, 6, for the marriage
of Miss Marsha Lee Gordon and
Donald Joseph Everett of Los
Angeles.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Philip Gordon. Mr.
Everett is the son of Mrs. Kath
erine Everett of Savannah, and
the late H. S. Everett
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride had Miss Lynn
White as maid of honor. Brides
maids were Miss Sandee Gruner
and Miss Susan Oblinger.
Frances Louise Gordon, sister of
the bride, was flower girl,
Richard Everett served as his
brother’s best man and ushers
were Jon Artz, Edward Blessing-
ton and Donald Garrard.
A reception in the social hall
followed the ceremony.
After a wedding trip to Savan
nah and Miami, the couple will
live in Santa Clara.

were married July 28 in Miami.
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Max Kassel.
After a wedding trip to San
Juan, Puerto Rico, Mr. and Mrs.
Exton are residing in Atlanta.

Cohen—Feinberg
Miss Hedda Cohen, daughter
—of Mr. and Mrs. Jack Cohen of
Atlanta, became the bride of
Gary Lee Feinberg on Sunday,
Aug. 20, at the Ahavath Achim
Synagogue. The bridegroom is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. William
Feinberg of Columbus.
The bride was given in mar
riage by her father. Miss Ronnie
Seiden served as her maid of
honor. Bridesmaids included Miss
Harriet and Miss Annette Cohen,
sisters of the bride, Miss Helene
Cohen of Atlanta, and Miss Diane
Denbo of Huntsville, Ala.
Mr. Feinberg was his son’s best
man. Groomsmen were Ronald
and Larry Feinberg, brothers of
the bridegroom, Richard Floer-
sheim of Atlanta, and Kenneth
Robbins of Columbus. Ushers
were Kerry Schwartz, of Dothan,
Ala. Robert Floersheim, Jay
Goldman of Miami, and Kenneth
Andrews of -Atlanta. Junior ush
ers were Ian Feinberg, brother

Sharon Silverstein, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Morris Silver
stein of Atlanta, will become the
bridev of Philip Rosenberg on
August\26 at the Progressive
Club. Rabbi Raphael Gold will
officiate. Mr. Rosenberg is the
son of Mrs. Augusta Rosenberg
of Brooklyn and the late Leo
Rosenberg.
The bride will be given in
marriage by her parents. Mrs.
Rochelle Herschberg of Holly
wood, Calif., will be her sister’s
matron of honor and Miss Betty
Ann Silverstein of Atlanta will
be her sister’s maid of honor.
Bridesmaids will be Roberta
Scher, cousin of the bride-elect,
Athens; Shelly Weiss, niece of
Mr. Rosenberg, Oceanside, L.I.,
N.Y.; Jane Horowitz and Brenda
Clack, Atlanta. Laurie Weiss,
niece of Mr. Rosenberg, Ocean-
side, will serve as flower girl.
The bride’s book will be kept by
Susan Silver, cousin of Miss
Silverstein, and Dena Wild.
Sidney Rosenberg, Flushing
N.Y., will act as his brother’s
best man. Groomsmen will be
David Herschberg, brother-in-
law of Miss Silverstein, Holly
wood; Richard Singer, Thomas-
ton; Mike Velkoff, Atlanta; and
Robert Dennis, Athens. Corey
Rosenberg, nephew of Mr. Rosen
berg, of Flushing, will serve as
ring bearer.
A smorgasbord, dinner and
dancing will follow the cere
mony. After a honeymoon to
Dorado Beach, P.R., the couple
will reside in Flushing.

Krantz—Hirschfeld
Dr. end Mrs. Simon Krantz of
Atlanta announce the engage
ment of their daughter, Carolyn
Krantz, to Dr. Thomas Hirsch
feld, smi of Dr. and Mrs. Walter
Hirschfeld of Larchmont, N. Y.,
and Northampton, Mass. I
Miss Krantz attended Yale
Medical School and is now an
■assistant in research at the New
England Medical Center.
Dr. Hirschfeld was graduated
from Harvard College and Tufts
Medical School. He has com
pleted specialty training in inter
nal medicine at the V eterans Ad
ministration Hospital in Boston.
A December wedding is plann
ed in New Haven, Conn.

Bay Choir Holds
Audition Aug. 26
The Atlanta Boy Choir, under
the direction of Fletcher Wolfe,
will hold its fall auditions, Au
gust 26, to fill a limited number
of vacancies.
Any boy of unchanged voice,
who is eight years old or older,
and who has musical aptitude
and a desire to sing, may have an
audition appointment by calling
