Rates from other cities upon request
People are wondering how we can afford charg
ing such low rentals?
Our answer, of course, is plain logic.
We'd rather have a building occupied and te
nant satisfied at $300 per month, than the same
building at $500 vacant.
So — if you’re contemplating going into
business, opening your second store, or just plain
tired of paying high rent in your present store or
office.
