Temple Singles "Share Rebate"
Temple Singles is having a
“share-the-rebate" evening at 7:30
p.m. Saturday, Apr. 19, at the
Temple.

A Yom Zicaron observance in
memory of Israeli soldiers killed in
the wars of independence and sur
vival is being sponsored by thp

8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Apr. 15, at the
Biology Auditorium of Emory
University.
The public is invited to see a
documentary film in color about
the Yom Kippur War. There will
also be a Cantata performed.

Youth Council
Will Celebrate

The Atlanta Jewish Youth
Council is sponsoring an Israeli
Independence Day Celebration on
Tuesday, Apr. 15, at the Hebrew
Academy from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Among the various dance
groups and bands performing are
“Matzo” and “Cream Cheeze.”
No admission will be charged. The
Jewish youth of Atlanta are invited
to attend.

OVS Sisterhood
Slates “Woman”
“Woman,” a storygraphics
series created from Biblical tales of
prominent women in the Bible by
Ida Sloan Borochoff, will be
featured at a luncheon meeting of
the Or VeShalom Sisterhood at 12
noon, Wednesday, April 16, at the
Synagogue.
The program is a presentation of
the Atlanta Playhouse Theatre
LTD, a multi-media showcase of
the arts. “Woman”’ is
choreographed by Mrs.
Borochoffs daughter, Lynn (Mrs.
Myles J. Gould), and danced by
Lynn and her sister, Jean
Borochoff.
