The Trustee designation is for
purchasers of $1,000 or more in
State of Israel Bonds. Speaker
will be Fred Weisgal, director of
legal aid for the Ministry of
Justice.
Mr. Siegel is chairman of the
board of Norstan Industries,
Inc., manufacturers of ladies ap
parel, and a former resident of
Puerto Rico where he and Mrs.

University of Vermont

own right, is president of the
Aliyah Group of Hadassah, and
has held many titles of the
Atlanta Jewish Welfare Federa
tion Cabinet. At present she
serves on the Campaign Cabinet
