MACON — Mr. and Mrs.
Alvin Koplin of Macon announce
the engagement of their
daughter, Carla Marie Koplin of
New York, N.Y., to Albert
Harris Cohn, son of Mrs. Max
Jay Cohn of New York and the
late Mr. Cohn.
The wedding will be held May
14 at the Regency Hotel in New
York.
The bride-elect is the grand
daughter of Mrs. Henry Koplin
and the late Mr. Koplin of Macon
and of the late Mr. and Mrs.
David Coolik of Montgomery.
She attended the University of
Georgia and is a graduate of
Katharine Gibbs School, New
York, where she was a member
of Sigma Delta Tau Sorority.
She was formerly executive
secretary to Henry Aaron of the
Atlanta Braves.
The bridegroom-elect received
a B.S. degree in business ad
ministration from Northwestern
University where he was a
member of Zeta Beta Tau
Fraternity. He is a partner with
the Wall Street investment firm
of David J. Greene and Co., New
York.

to Steven Eric Lerner, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Stuart L. Lerner of

Miss Sherr received a B.A.

studying accounting at Georgia
State University and is a

Mr. Lerner is the grandson of

He is a student at Georgia
Tech, majoring in engineering

continue his education at
