BBYO showcases activities
by Faith Powell
My friend Phyllis is level
headed, sincere, and independent.
To prove it, she flew all the way to
Israel for a two-week tour with
people she did not know. A singles
tour, no less. When she returned
she wrote of her adventures for
The Southern Israelite,
mentioning that she had met a
“special someone” on the trip.
Alas and alack, he lives 900
miles away. But love finds a way.
Four plane rides and countless
long distance phone calls later,
Warren and Phyllis have come up
with a solution.
Marriage.
While many people sit and
wonder how it will happen, when it
will happen, and where it will
happen, others, like Phyllis, go on
their merry way, letting life happen
as it happens.
And so, readers, a travel agent's
dream.
Special to Tel Aviv, includes air
fare, hotel, meals, tip and wedding
bells.
