Mr. and Mrs. A. Arthur Rosen-
blum of Charleston, S.C., announce
the engagement of their daughter,
Stacy Rosenblum of Atlanta, to
Jonathan Edward Regitsky of At
lanta, son of Harold Regitsky of
Margate, Fla., and the late Mrs.
Regitsky.
Miss Rosenblum graduated from
the University of Georgia. She is
employed by Equifax Inc.
Mr. Regitsky graduated from
State University of New York. He-
is employed by IBM.
The wedding is planned for Sept.
14 in Charleston at Synagogue
Emanu-El.
Tobin-Rose
Mr. and Mrs. Jack Tobin of
Spartanburg, S.C., announce the
engagement of their daughter,
Carol, to Marc Rose, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Doran C. Rose of Atlanta.
Miss Tobin attended the College
of Charleston and Spartanburg
Technical College, where she re
ceived a degree in computer pro
gramming. She is a software pro
duct specialist for Compro Finan
cial Systems in Norcross.
Mr. Rose graduated from the
University of Georgia where he
earned a degree in business admin
istration. He is employed with
Southern Building Services in
Tucker.
A Sept. 21 wedding is planned in
Spartanburg.
Levy-Sherr
Joel Levy and Dr. Fran Levy of
New City, N.Y., announce the en
gagement of their daughter, Laura
Ann, to Joseph Samuel Sherr, son
of Mr. and Mrs. Saul Sherr of
Atlanta.
The bride-elect is the grand
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Meyer
Levy of Miami, and the late Sally
Levy, and Mr. and Mrs. Samuel
Newmark of New City, N.Y.
The future bridegroom is the
grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs.
Joseph Sherr, and the late Mr. and
Mrs. Ludwig Bacharach.
Miss Levy recently graduated
from Emory University with a
bachelor of arts degree in psychol
ogy and English. While at Emory,
she served as vice president of
Hillel.
Mr. Sherr was valedictorian of
his class at St. Andrews College in
Laurinburg, N.C., where he received
a bachelor of science degree in
mathematics and chemical phys
ics. He was elected to be a member
of Phi Beta Kappa at Emory Uni
versity, where he is completing a
master of science in mathematics, a
master of science in computer
science and a Ph.D. in mathema
tics.
A Dec. 28 wedding in Atlanta is
planned.

Atlanta.
The future bridegroom is the
grandson of Julius Kahn and the
late Mrs. Kahn and the late Mr.
and Mrs. Walter Guthman of Sa
vannah.
A graduate of the Westminster
Harry Grodsky of Mobile, Ala.
Miss Heimanson is a graduate of
Stone Mountain High School and
is employed at the Seiden Chiro
practic Center in Dunwoody. She
also works part time as an Atlanta
representative for Princess Casino
Vacations.
Mr. Siegel is a graduate of
Ridgeview High School and has
joined the family businesses of Na
tural Tan Inc. and the Hello Deli
Restaurant in Roswell.
A March 29, 1987, wedding is
planned at The Temple in Atlanta.
Schools, Miss Gold received a
bachelor of arts, magna cum laude,
in public policy studies from Duke
University. She is press secretary
to U.S. Congressman Wyche Fowler
in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Kahn graduated from Sa
vannah Country Day and Emory
University with a bachelor of arts
in economics. He received a law
degree from the University of
Georgia and is presently executive
director of the Democratic Party
of Georgia with offices in Atlanta.
A spring wedding is planned.
Mrs. Natalie A. Sussman of Leo
minster, Mass., announces the en
gagement of her daughter, Andrea
L., to Andrew W. Troop, son of
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Troop of
Atlanta.
Ms. Sussman was a psychology
major at Tufts University, where
she graduated summa cum laude
and Phi Beta Kappa. She received
her juris doctrus with honors from
Northwestern University School of
Law and is an associate with the
Boston law Firm of Peabody and
Brown.
Mr. Troop graduated cum laude
from Amherst College with a degree
in American studies. He also at
tended Northwestern University
School of Law where he received
his juris doctrus with honors. He is
an associate with the Boston law
firm of Widett-, Slater and Gold
man, P.C.
The couple will be married in
Boston Oct. 26.
Mr. and Mrs. Neilan B. Levy of
Atlanta announce the engagement
of their daughter, Robyn Jaye, to
Marshall Ivan Mizell, son of Mr.
and Mrs. Albert W. Mizell.
Miss Levy is the granddaughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel J. Epstein,
and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry J.
Levy. Mr. Mizell is the grandson of
M rs. Nathan Mizell and the late
Nathan Mizell, and the late Mr.
and Mrs. Israel Bredosky.

Brown College of Court Report
ing, is employed by the Coca-Cola
Company in Atlanta. The future
bridegroom, a graduate of the Uni
versity of Georgia, is employed by
Whitehall Laboratories in Knox
ville, Tenn.
