WCA, Chapman College Box F, Orange, CA 92666 Newcomer by Carolyn Woods Last year ears and eyes turned toward Atlanta, as rumbles of its becoming an international city were heard throughout the nation. Since that time, industrious blacks, interested in achieving financial success have migrated to Atlanta in large numbers. Authur Blue, a Winston-Salem, North Carolina native arrived in Atlanta during April. He was under assignment with Third World Studios of Winston-Salem to take pictures of students at Clark and Spelman Colleges. Blue found Atlanta to be comfortable and likeable place and decided to stay here and open up his own photography business. He is now assigned as the yearbook photographer at Spelman, and also works with the Public Relations office. “Eventually I hope to build a photography company here. One that will offer schools good first rate potraits at the lowest possible cost. I consider my employment at Spelman College to be the birth of that dream”. Congratulations!
