Sec. 7. And be it further enacted, That it shall be
a fundamental article in the formation or amendment
of the Constitution, that each county of tho State
now organized or laid out„ or which may hereafter
bo created by law, shall be entitled to at least one
representative in the representative branch of the
General Assembly.
Sec. 8. And be it further enacted, That so soon
as this act shall have become a law, His Excellency
the Governor be, and he is hereby required to cause
it to be published in the Gazettes of this State,*once
a week until the day fixed on by this act for the elec
tion of delegates to said Convention; and that all
laws and parts of laws militating against this act, be,
and the same arc hereby repealed.
