With overcoats, so they have to take a
blanket. Thoro Is 14 of our company
on guard duty every day, besides the
officers and police. They have to guard
those negroes that are at work
on the ontreuchmcnts. Tho musko-
toes aro very aunoyhig at night t there
seems to be no chanco to got rid of
them, until they satisfy their thirst.
There lira been several deaths from
yellow fever this wook in tho city.
