dians, administrators, exeoutors and
trusteosi with the freedmen, for the fully requested and authorized, upon
benefit of tholr wards and States, the faith and credit o_f the tJtato of

make suoh oontraots until, provided
for by the Legislature.

Qeoryia, in Convention assembled:—That
all oontraots made by guardians, ad>
inlnistrators, executors and trusteos,
with freedmen and' freedwamen, for
the benefit of their Words, estates, bo
and the same is hereby legalized; and
that they be authorized to make suoh
oontraots, until provided for by the
Legislature, \

gia, in 'Convention assembled, That

erly of defendants in this Slate under
execution founded oh any execution,
jlieigement, order or docreo, except exe
cutions for oost or rules agsinst officers
for money, and except in cases where
defendants reside without the State
have absconded, are absoonding, or are
about to remove tholr property without
tho limits of any county In this State,
until the adjournment of the first ses>
sion of the next Legislature, or until
the Legislature shall otherwise direot
If before that time,
2. Be it further ordained, Any offloer or
other person violating this ordinanoe,
shnll bo guilty of trespass, and liable to
he sued in any court of this State, hav
ing proper jurisdiction,, and the mea
sure of damages shall be the injury re
sulting to the injured party, by reason
of said trespass.
3. Be it. further ordained, That the
statutes of limitation now of foroe in
this State, be and the snme is hecoby
suspended in all cases affeoted by this
ordinance, until the adjournment of
tho first session of the next Legislature,
or until the Legislature shall otherwise
direot if before that time.
4. And be it further ordained, That the
statute of-limitation in all cases, civil
and criminal, be and the samo aro
hereby deolared to have been supanded
from tho 19th of January, 1861, and

further, that if said loan or any part of
