A TRACT of eight thousand three
TM hundred acres of LAND, situated
onYSavannah River, in Winton county
Sonth-Carolina, within twenty-three miles
of Augufla, generally known by the name
of the Upper Three Runs.
The above traft contains a confidcrable
portion of Cotton Land of an excellent
quality, from which good crops have been
made, the remainder confifls of well tim
bered pine land, fit for supplying a Saw-
Mill, which is erefted on the traft, and is
well known by the name of Rutledge’s
Mills. To the above arc added a Grid
Mill and a Cotton Gin, both of which are
turned by water, and usually worked on
toll.
The above property is offered for sale
together with FORTY-ONE NEGROES,
now on the premises, among whom are an
excellent Carpenter, an exceeding good
Blacksmith, and other valuable slaves.
The Mills are in good repair and may be
woifeed to great advantage.
The Mules, Oxen and Horses, together
with the Plantation Tools and implements
for carrying on the Mills, to be taken at a

STRAYED or Stolen from the Subscri
ber, on the 19th inflant, near Camp
belltpn, a BAY MARE, fix or seven years I
old, near five feet high, no brands perceiva
ble, except an L. on the near buttock, a
small flar in her forehead, swab tail, trots
natural, and when trotting carries her rail
to the left fide ; small chain marks on her
shoulders, occasioned by drawing.—Like
wise-a GREY GELDING, twelve or thir
teen years old, near four feet two inches
high, a natural pacer, very crooked hind
legs, fwabtai!; the Mare had on a fliarp
nocking bell. If flrayed, a reward of ten
dollars will be given to any person who
will bring them to me, or give notice so
that I can get them—ls Rolen, twenty
five dollars for the horses, and the above
reward of Fifty dollars for the thief and
horses, so that he may be brought to pun
ishment.
The fubferiber lives near Abberville
Court-House, South-Carolina and any
notice being lent forward by pod, will be
