THE AUGUSTA HERALD,
Augusta, Georgia.
Dear sirs:—For the last 10 days we have had occa
sion to use the Want Ad columns of The Herald and
we have been surprised and gratified at the results.
We have had inquiries from all over South Carolina
and Georgia in response to these ads, and as a result
have done considerable business.
We attribute the fact that we have largely increas
ed the line of insurance that we have written on the
Cotton Gins of South Carolina and Georgia to the
fact that The Herald has a large number of sidvscrih
ers and readers in these t yvo states who are careful
readers of its Want Ads. *
