tition, is now lodged in the Clerk ! s Oflice,
together with an affidavit pursuant to the
act of tfie J2d of February, 1784, that the
said deed was lost or and pray-
Ing the benefit intended by said act, apej
other circumstantial pryipf being laid be ;
fore the court,
It is Ordered, That the said deed be cfc
taklfjhed as directed by said act, on the
said Hyrrison Kennebrew’g publishing
notice'as therein required, and for the
space o. six months, in one of the public
gazettes of this state, upless pause he
shewn to the contrary within this said six
months, or other matter shall appear lq
he court against the same.
