heirs,' Edward Foxwell and Allen Nichols,
the husband of Kisiali Foxwell, the only
heirs, and they reside in Caswell county,
North Carolina. After my return, 1 got
into peaceable possession; John M’VVade
being executor to the will of said Foxwell,
swore I broke open the doors of the dwel

negro follow named SAM or SaMDEL,
nineteen years old, light complexion, fine ,
countenance, very likely, well mad**, five
feet six or eight indies high, and has a
small soar on Ills forehead near the edge
of the hair. He was caught in the neigh
borhood about twt w.eeks after he went
off, since which period, 1 have not had
any certain information of him. From the ;
manner which lie left home, andothercir- j
cumslaiices, I am induced to believe that !
he has been kidnapped. Any person that 1
wili deliver the above fellow' and kidnap

UPON the petition of Roberts Thomas,
slating that he was possessed of a
certain bond given by one Henry Hughs
in his life time t« said Thomas, under the
penalty of 5 hundred dollars, with a condi
tion thereunder written, and to be void of
the said Henry Hughs, shall make and
execute good and sufficient warranted ti
tles to a certain tract of Land lying and
being in the county of Biukc, containing
t wo hundred and sis ty aciy:s adjoining lands
of Hell and Wakon, and bearing date on
ilia 12lh day of December 1810, a true co
‘ py of said bond as nearly as can as recol

Jones, dated 24th May, 1787, for 7,300
acres of land in Franklin County, bounded

cant land, North East by Basil Jones, Col
lier’s, and John Cobbs laud, South East
by C«lliev’s land, ami South West by Rich
ard Call’s and .lone’s land: The other
from the Governor of Georgia to Robert
Middleton, dated
4440 acres of land h Greene County,
bounded at the time of Survey, VVcst
wardly by J. P. Wagnon’s land, and on all

original grams still exist, they can be use*
