Will be Sold,

in the county of Columbia, on which
Wm. Dodson, deceased, resided, contain
ing 100 acres, more or less, on Cearson’s
and Hart’s creek j on the premises are a
good two story dwelling-house and all
necessary out-houses; also, a Machine
House. The Stage road, leading from
Washington to Augusta, passes immedi
ately through the tract—these conveni
ences render it an eligible stand for a
House of Entertainment. Also, a tract
el land, on Hart’s creek, adjoining the
above, containing 112 acres, more or
less. On this tract are a good dwelling
house and out-houses, an excellent peach
orchard and other improvements. Also,
a tract of land, in Appling county, ly
ing in the third district; No. 67. Also,
at the same time and place, the Negroes
belonging to the estate of said Wm. Dod
son, dec. consisting of men, women and
a girl. A credit of two equal annual In
stalments will be given, the purchasers
giving small notes with approved securi
ty. Also, at the same time and place,
a quantity of corn, fodder and cotton.
A credit will be given until the 10th of
March, 1823, the purchasers giving
small notes and security.

state aforesaid, containing about two a
cres, being part of a lot containing five"
acres, kupwn in the plan of said village
by the number seven, all of which is set
.forth in the jiclition of the said Alexander
M’Kenzie; and flow, upon the saidpeti
tion oi Alexander M'Ktnaie, praying
foreclosure of the equity ol redemption
in and to the mortgaged premises;
It it-ordered by the Court, That the
principal, interest and cost due upon the
said mortgage be paid into court within
twelve mouths from the date hereof, or
the equity of redemption in the said
mortgaged deed mentioned, be foreclo
sed, and other proceedings be had there
on as the law directs.
And it is further ordered, That this
rule be publi bed once a month, in one
of the public Gazelles of this slate, for
twelve months, or served on the mortga
gors, or their special agent, at least six
months previous to the time the money
is directed to be paid.
