the habit of drinking his brandy and wa
ter, modern trill, of course, had a negro
servant, who was a model of sobriety.—

The situation is pleasant und healthy,
and there is on the tract, a good dwelling

ry on n plantation, an extensive orchard
(dull kinds of fruit trees commonly found
in this part of the country, and of the

ty-five gallons, and the preparations for
making Jiratuhj and Cider. The orchard
will yield from out; hundred mid fitly, to
two hundred gallons of Brandy.
