’ -"-NOW offer for sale, the tract of Land
whereon I now live, supposed to contain
about sixteen hundred acies, being in the
counties of Wilkes and Lincoln; on Fish
mg Greek, twelve miles from Washington
and nine from Petersburg.
The land is of the first quality, and in
a most excellent repair for farming. It
has the convcniency of a good Dwelling
and out houses, together with large ov
chardsof excellent fruits, such as apples,
peaches; pear*, damasons, plums, Bcc.
This tract of land may be had for one
third less than the real value.
If the quantity of acres should be too
great, persons wishing to purchase, can
be accommodated with any named num
her. Ihe conditions will be liberal, such,
as one third cash, and the balance in two
annual payments.
Should I not sell between this and the
latter part of the fall, the above land will
be rented; for 1 am determined on remov
mgto the state of Alabama the ensuing
year. I have no other motive to sell than
the one just mentioned, and to settle land
I possess in Alabama of more value to me,
though I conceive the tract of land and
the improvemena thereon, now offered
for sale, as the best farm in the upper
part of this state.
I have also other lands of considerable
value in this state for sale; persons wish
ing to purchase will do well to apply i m .
