now lives,adjoiningthe reserve around
Macon, containing about seventeen
hundred acres, situate partly in .Tones,
and partly in Bibb counties. There
are three Saw Mills and one Grist
Mill, all at different seats, beside a
comfortable dwelling house, and other
improvements on the land ; and it will
be divided to suit purchasers. The
Grist Mill and one Saw Mill will be
cold with that parcel where the dwell
ing house stands.
Asa situation for health and com
fort, it is excelled bv but few in the
state, arid its proximity to the town of
Macon, where so much building is con
stantly going on renders the Mills im
mensely valuable.
A small part of the purchase monev
will be required in cash—the remain
der will be divided into different pay
ments, the last of which will be due at
the end of four years from the sale.
The ttrms will be more particularly
made known on the day of sale—or the
shove mentioned lands, or any parcel
of them may be had at private sale any
time previous to that date by applica

of land, which original deed is lost,and
that he has filed in the Clerk's OfSce
of this Court, a true copy thereof,pray
ing the same to be established. On
motion of James Smith, his Council,
it is thereupon
ORDERED, That said copy deed
be established at the next term ot this
Court, in lieu of said lost oiginal, ac
cording to the statute in such cases
made and provided, unless causes
should then and there be shewn to the
contrary: And, it is further ordered,
that this rule be published once a
month for six months, previously there
