AUUiU JUSTICE. rN the Press and will be published in October or November next at the Recorder office, anew and enlarg ed edition of the Georgia Justice.— The improvements in this very useful book are briefly noticed in the foliow ing extracts from the Preface to the new edition. “ Several years have elapsed since the publication of the Georgia Justice, during which time there has been ad ditional legislation upon many of the subjects contained in it. In the present edition, such alterations as were rendered necessary by subse quent enactments, have been made, and additional mattei incorporated, and sexeral omissions in the ori ginal work supplied. “ Mr. Prince’s Digest being now in general use, references thereto have been substituted for those, which were heretofore made to Marbury and Crawford’s, and Clay ton’s Digests, and the annual pamphlets containing the laws of the state. A copious index has also been furnished, and the work is submitted to the public under a belief that its acknowledged utility will be found to be increased by the foregoing circumstances.” Ihe price of the book, neatly bound in calf, will be Five Dollars , payable on delivery. Any person paying for twenty copies will be entitled to twenty-two and in that proportion for a smaller number, subscription papers will be furnish ed to gentlemen who may be wil lingto take charge of them.
