ratory. Geography, and the use of the
Globes, the most useful part ofMathe
maticks, comprising Geometry, Trigo
nometry, Algebra, Surveying and Na
vigation. The Latin anil Greek Lan
guages will be taught, not only the mi

authors of Greet* apt! Roman Literature.
To the above w ill be added, Book Keep
ing, History, Rlietorick, Logic, and Mo
ral Philosophy., Scholars will be well
fitted to enter two years itt advance, in
Franklin College, at Alliens, or in any
other College.
Those who have not the means, or in
clination for obtaining a Collegiate edu
! cation, can here pursue any single
branch of study, or obtain general know
ledge necessary for commencing the
study of a learned profession. For the
benefit of such as may coine from the
country, means will tie used to obtain
boarding for them on the most reasona-’
bleterms. The Academy is finished in
| the handsomest style, and most accom
! mod.iting to scholars and teachers : and
j an Assistant will be employed whenever
it shall become necessary. It is fondly
| hoped, that the superior advantages this
