IT appearing to the Court upon the application of I Ezekiel Buffington, of Hall count v, and Slate afore said, that he became the purchaser of a tract or parcel of Land, situate and lying in the said county of Hall, known as No. 116, in the 12th dist. ofsnid countv, adjoining land of Smallwood and Flovd, w hich was the joint prop erty of James .Spier of Upson county, ami of Harrison Smith, late of Russell county, Alabama, deceased ; and that the said Harrison Smith died, before the said James Spier as his attorney, under a regular power did or could nvako deed for the part or interest of the said deceased, to the same.
