Life Insurance,we cite a case from the “ Equitable Bo
eiety of London,” vix . —An insurance in the sum of
$5,000 for 31 year* con*imii>ce, commencing at the age
of *25, and tßi'fiiinntiuz at 59; the accumulated protita
thereon gave tu it $11,950— making with the inm in
sured, a total amount of $16,250, payable to the anrvit*
ors—more than three times the insorance.
This Cumpany will grant insurances on lives upon
the Mutual Principle.at their office, No. 41, Wall street.
Persons may effect insurance on their ewn lives or the
lives of other*, for the whale duration of life, or for •
limited period.
The terms .are as favorabl# as those of any similar in
stitution in ilia United States. The nett profits of the
business of this Company will be divided among the
insured in proportion to the amount of premiums paid
bv them. The liabilities of ihe memhera extend no far
ther than the amount of the respective premium* paid.
